Clearly, as the organization grows, this will necessitate the professionalization of our work processes, which in turn requires compensation. We cannot rely solely on volunteer labor if we aim to establish a professional organization. That being said, Generation Gaza remains a charitable business, working towards a solidarity-driven, altruistic purpose for stateless people.
